At The Spa Lounge, we’re a destination for relaxation, rejuvenation, and exceptional care. Established in 2015 by Greg and Diana Lovato, The Spa Lounge™ began as a small massage therapy studio and has grown into Utah’s largest full-service day spa. With locations in Draper, Holladay, and Pleasant Grove, and plans for further expansion, we’ve created a brand synonymous with quality and accessibility in spa services.
What sets us apart is our comprehensive service offering?
From massages and facials to nails, waxing, and advanced esthetic treatments, we cater to a wide range of client needs. Unlike many spas, we’ve moved beyond the gimmicks of aggressive memberships to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality services at everyday prices. We also focus on a full service for our clients with onsite locker rooms, robes and slippers offered to every guest and onsite showers. This approach has not only earned us accolades like Best of SLC 2023 & 2024, but has also built a loyal customer base that values trust and excellence.

Greg and Diana Lovato, Co-Founders, The Spa Lounge™, 2015 – Present
Greg and Diana Lovato are the visionary co-founders behind The Spa Lounge™, Utah’s largest full-service day spa. Their journey began in December 2015, when they acquired a struggling massage therapy studio in Draper, Utah. Combining Greg’s expertise in business and IT with Diana’s reputation as a top-rated massage therapist in Salt Lake City, the couple reimagined the business into a thriving spa destination.
Greg’s strategic mindset and Diana’s deep understanding of therapeutic practices set the foundation for The Spa Lounge’s success. By 2019, they had expanded to a second location in Murray, Utah, and in 2022, they proudly opened their third spa in Pleasant Grove. Under their leadership, The Spa Lounge™ has become synonymous with exceptional customer service, high-quality treatments, and a refreshing approach that eschews pushy memberships in favor of accessible, everyday pricing.
Today, Greg and Diana continue to inspire others by sharing their market-tested business model through franchising. Their mission is to bring relaxation, rejuvenation, and wellness to communities nationwide while empowering entrepreneurs to build rewarding spa businesses.
